My focus in any deal – be it a $500,000 refinance or a $55,000,000 purchase and sale with financing – is to provide the highest value and quality of service to each and every customer. It is not numbers in a deal that dictate quality of service – it is the customer – and every customer deserves superior service regardless of the transaction size. Bottom line: A satisfied customer is our best advertisement because a satisfied customer is more likely to be a repeat customer and to tell potential customers of a positive experience.

Tom graduated cum laude from Providence College with a Bachelor of Arts in History and earned his Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law.
