Karlen serves as Commercial Transaction Specialist for Fidelity National Title’s National Commercial Services (NCS) operation servicing D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. With over 20 years’ experience in the real estate title industry, she brings a rare combination of title and escrow expertise having managed commercial title processing, post-closing, and escrow account operations for both commercial and residential transactions. Prior to joining Fidelity, Karlen led title teams at District Title in WDC, streamlining post-closing processes and reducing errors. Most recently, she worked as a processor at Allied Title and Escrow handling investment, assignment, and residential transactions. Karlen holds title producer licenses in Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and West Virginia.

Karlen lives in Falls Church, Virginia in a multi-generational household with her husband, his family, and their 7-year-old daughter. The family enjoys cooking together, travelling, and sharing their home with their two cats, Lily and Africa. Karen also volunteers as the money manager for her daughter’s Girl Scout troop, keeping track of dues, cookies sale proceeds, and troop expenses.
